Was put on market a year ago through TIMESHARESBYOWNER (what a joke that company is!!) http://www.timesharesbyowner.com/search/addisplay.cfm?adnumber=175086. Originally listed at $17k, dropped it to $13,000 a few months ago and it’s now been dropped to $9,900…. MORTGAGE IS FULLY PAID and TimeSharesByOwner isn't doing squat, so I'm trying ebay - selling this with NO RESERVE. I bought this property outright in 2008, but due to financial constraints I wasn't able to fly down to use it in 2009, and I wasn't a member of the "time share club" at that time so I didn't bank the week (slapping forehead) and totally lost out on it... the writing's on the wall that I won't be able to travel much in 2011, so I'd like to just sell it and pay off some bills! It's a beautiful place, located at Westgate Resorts (http://www.westgateresorts.com) in Orlando (right in the middle of the Florida Triangle: Disney, Universal Studios and Seaworld!).
