I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting as soon as April till the end of the lease August 16, 2010. I will pay for the first month and the month of August is free. The apartment is Jeffersons @ Berry and it is off of university ave se right by the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities Campus. It is a 2 bedroom, you have your own bathroom and a big closet. My roommate is also looking for someone to take over her lease as well, so if you have someone else, both rooms are available. -Apartment comes fully furnished, really nice and has a balcony, it is on the second floor. -Rent is $695 a month and depending on if you want parking or not, that is $75, so total with parking is $770 a month per person. -All utilities are paid for, but there is a $30 cap on electricity, anything that is over will be split between the rooms/persons. (We usually dont go over, except in the summer, which is less than $10). -There is free cable and ready to use. -Free internet and Wifi
