3 Bedroom House at 1161 14th Ave SE in South East Como, Uofmn East Bank
I have roommates moving out the end of may (JUNE 1st) and two at the end of August (Sept 1st) and we have to replace them to pay rent. We have a nice house just north of the UofMN, I am a student, and the other roommate Matt is a working man, I think he is 24. Matts really cool guy, I am glad to be living with him. I would also like to think that I am a very nice guy, I respect other people, usually even if the other person is not fallowing the golden rule. People who don't know what the golden rule is need not apply. We are both clean. My dog, Steve, is small, knows lots of tricks and she is smart, too smart most of the time. We split utilities. The room that is open on June 1st is the largest room in the house, it has two walk in closets and looks onto our front street. Hardwood floors ect. it's 450.00, I also have a much smaller room w/0 closets that is 350.00 Sept 1st. I am ready to show the rooms almost anytime, just let me know what works for you We have: Highspeed internet Dishwasher Cloths washer
